In Book Six of the Land of Paron series - The asteroid hurtled across the endless galaxy, unimpeded for millennia in its flight. Ahead lay Nolamu, a small barren planet, a stark gray landscape consisting of only rock. Several mountain ranges, some large and some smaller, were scattered across its desolate surface.
As the meteor neared the outer atmosphere, two large chunks broke free, plummeting toward the planet's surface, one to the north and the larger landing in the south. The impacts crashed through the crust, releasing trillions of gallons of water hidden in the underground reservoirs, instantly filling the huge cavities.
